That 1 hour without lights (3)

Dear God,

Hello! Good morning ( Do you follow IST by the way? ). As ever I write this because I have something really bothering me. I guess all the humans do the same. Any way I thought I should express my thoughts to you, instead of cribbing about it.
A couple of days ago, I told you about the pleasure being in the dark without the lights at 7:00 pm in the evening. It was really kind of you to get the electricity off in the night at 11:30 pm. I really enjoyed the cool breeze and the swaying of trees.

I guess you had told the electricity guy about my request. I have a hunch that you had left the choice of "timing" of the power cut to his discretion. So on the first day he decided to oblige at 11:30 pm. Thanks to the cool atmosphere, it turned to be a very plesant experience for me. Yesterday he decided to act at 3:00 am in the night. I got up at that hour and for a moment I felt I was on the moon because there seemed to no such thing like 'oxygen' around. All the trees and plants around me were so static that it seemed as if I was gazing at some kind of wallpaper. With everything so static it was as if I was sitting on a attic devoid of any air . You know that I am a nocturnal guy and sleep late in the night. Yesterday the late happened even later and I slept at 2:00 am only to be awaken an hour later. I have recently started this activity of going to the gym in the morning and because of the untimely power cut I could not make it to the gym today. The electricity guy however seems to be very particular regarding the duration of the power cut and it was only after one hour it started fanning again. So effectively it was only after 4:00 am that I could sleep again.( only to disturbed by the alarm at 5:30 am).

Please instruct the electricity guy not to act according to his whims and fancies. Let the power cut be before 11:00 pm everyday. This is my earnest request. If you could add a bit of breeze to my life, then nothing like it. This is my third post on this topic and I am no Ekta Kapoor to do a mega serial kind of thing. Hopefully this is the last in this series of posts.

Looking back I also feel that the name "That 1 hour without lights" has a romantic element in it. A female and the darkness have never struck me at the same time ( It is usually a case of the female leaving me alone to languish in the dark). I will be the happiest if you could let that happen to me ( and a bit of cool breeze too.). Guess I am getting too greedy now. So adios for now.

Your wishful devotee,
Kidoredo
